Student Housing Caretaker: Maintenance & Safety Lead

Student Roost is seeking a full-time Caretaker for Nelson Place, Belfast, to maintain a 774-bedroom student accommodation. You'll join a friendly property team and take responsibility for day-to-day maintenance, safety checks, and coordinating with contractors.

The role covers small repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensuring the property remains a safe and welcoming home for residents. DBS checks may be required and a commitment to exemplary service is expected.
