Job Description

Outwood Academy Normanby invites applications for a dedicated Health and Wellbeing Officer to champion student welfare and holistic care within our school community.

You will lead medical and first aid management, support SEND, provide mental health support, and help create safe spaces and healthy school practices for pupils and staff.

The role is part-time (30 hours per week), term-time plus 5 days, with a starting date in September 2026; salary is Grade 5 SCP 9, £18,695 to £19,845.
