The Student Experience Team Member role, based in Bristol, involves delivering excellent customer service within a busy student accommodation setting. This temporary position offers full-time (37.5 hours) or part-time (15 hours) contracts, paying £14 per hour. Working a rotating shift pattern of 7am-3pm or 2pm-10pm, five days out of seven including weekends, you will ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents. Key responsibilities include handling enquiries, supporting community events, and resolving issues effectively. We are currently recruiting for a Student Experience Advisor's to join a busy and vibrant student accommodation team based in Central Bath. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast paced, people focused environment.
Shift Pattern Full-time hour Rotating 2:00pm - 10:00pm / 7:00am - 3:00pm 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis
- Managing and distributing parcels and deliveries
- Carrying out regular building patrols
- Responding appropriately to fire alarms and safety procedures
- Meeting and greeting students, visitors, and contractors
- Handling student enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Providing excellent front of house customer service
- Supporting the onsite team with day to day operations
