Student Experience Advisor

Location: Central Bristol

Pay: £14.19 per hour

Hours: Full Time Rotating Shifts 5 days on 2 days off including weekends

Shift times: 7am-3pm or 2pm-10pm (rotating)

Start date: Immediate Commitment Until July or September

Shift Pattern

Full-time hours. Rotating 2:00pm - 10:00pm / 7:00am - 3:00pm, 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and positive living environment for students.
• Manage and distribute parcels and deliveries.
• Carry out regular building patrols.
• Respond appropriately to fire alarms and safety procedures.
• Meet and greet students, visitors, and contractors.
• Handle student enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Provide excellent front-of-house customer service.
• Support the onsite team with day-to-day operations.
