We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to join our Student Experience team as Student Experience & Learner Voice Officer.
Qualifications
- Good general education including 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths at Grade C/4.
- Educated to Level 3 or above.
- Experience in further education is desired.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate learner voice, enrichment and personal development opportunities across the College.
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of students and staff.
- Engage, motivate and inspire young people.
- Organise, plan and deliver events and activities.
- Gather and analyse learner feedback to inform quality improvement.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organisational, time management and IT skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire a diverse student body.
- Excellent communication skills.
Salary - up to £25,375.
Location - on site delivery.
