We're currently recruiting for a Student Engagement Receptionist to join one of our valued clients based in High Wycombe on a Saturday-only basis.

Fantastic opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive educational environment where you'll play a key role in providing a welcoming and professional service to students and visitors.

This is a long-term Temporary position with an immediate start. (Reviewed yearly)

What you'll be doing:

• Being the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors.
• Meeting and greeting students and providing a warm, professional welcome.
• Offering guidance and directing students to the appropriate services, including enrolment, registration, financial support, wellbeing and disability services.
• Handling general enquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Providing administrative support and assisting with day-to-day reception duties.
• Maintaining a professional and organised reception area.

Working Hours: Saturday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

Pay: £14.50 per hour (Weekly Pay)

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Is friendly, approachable, and confident dealing with people.
• Has previous reception, administration, or customer-facing experience (preferred).
• Is reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
