Student Engagement & Wellbeing Officer (Term Time)

Chelmsford College is seeking a Learner Engagement Officer (Term Time) to support learner wellbeing, engagement, attendance and success. You will work within the Learner Safeguarding and Wellbeing Team, building relationships with students and stakeholders across campus.

The role requires experience supporting young people, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to identify and address barriers to learning in a diverse student population.
