Student Behaviour & Wellbeing Manager

An educational trust in the Tees Valley is seeking a dedicated Student Behaviour Manager to improve student behavior and provide pastoral care. The successful candidate will collaborate with current staff to ensure high standards within the academy. Previous experience with SEMHD students is desirable, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The role is term-time only with a collaborative and supportive environment.
