Student Attendance Advocate - Part-Time (Fridays)

Outwood Academy Hemsworth is seeking an Attendance Officer to strengthen school attendance. The role offers 15 hours per week or 22.5 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days, with availability on Fridays. The post focuses on implementing whole-school strategies to improve attendance and reduce persistent absence.

You will conduct home visits, oversee late gate duties, and provide administrative support while engaging with students and parents to overcome attendance barriers.
