Student Accommodation Helpdesk Clerk (Temporary)

The University of Kent is recruiting Timesheet Clerical Assistants to support the Accommodation call centre during the UCAS Clearing period in August 2026. You will provide information and guidance on campus housing, answering enquiries and directing complex questions to senior colleagues.

Successful applicants will be flexible and confident in dealing with customers by phone, with strong customer service, computing skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
