Structured FX & Rates Ops: Global Middle Office

Marex is seeking an experienced operations professional to join the Structured FX & Rates desk in London. You will provide end-to-end post-trade support for FX derivatives and interest rate products, ensuring accurate lifecycle events and strong controls.

You'll work closely with Front Office, Risk, Finance and Technology, maintaining data integrity, managing margining and collateral, and driving ongoing process improvements in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
