Structured Finance Paralegal

A top-tier international law firm is seeking a paralegal to join its Structured Finance team on an initial 12 month fixed term basis. This is a standout opportunity for candidates with CLO experience who are keen to gain hands-on exposure to high-value transactions.The role will involve:

• Supporting complex structured finance deals across multiple jurisdictions
• Collaborating with a highly skilled team on CLOs and other structured products
• Playing an active role in transaction support, document preparation, and legal processes

To be considered candidates must have demonstrable experience or deep understanding of CLOs (Collateralised Loan Obligations) ideally gained from a similiar law firm environment.
