Job Description

• Provide legal counsel on structured finance transactions, including securitizations and asset-backed financings.
• Draft and negotiate complex legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Advise clients on risk management and legal strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs and ensure seamless execution of transactions.
• Stay current with industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes affecting structured finance.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys, contributing to team growth and knowledge sharing.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Structured Finance Of Counsel should have:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the New York Bar.
• Expertise in structured finance, securitizations, and asset-backed financings.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
