Structured Finance Associate (c.3+PQE) US Firm

A leading US firm is looking to hire a mid level associate, ideally with at least three years' post qualification experience, to join its London Structured Finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in securitisation and structured finance matters, including collateralised loan obligations (CLOs), asset backed lending facilities, and other financing transactions across Europe and the US, gained within another top tier City or US firm. Working closely with Partners, the role offers exposure to complex, cross border transactions involving corporate debt, fund subscription facilities, private equity, and credit fund interests, including EU/UK risk retention compliant structures and captive equity funds.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership on client facing work, collaborate on market leading transactions, and develop within a dynamic, growing London practice.
