Structure Design Responsible - Authorize (m/f/d)

Du wirst ein Teil unseres engagierten Teams von Entwicklungsingenieuren im Bereich Rumpf für die Primär-/Sekundärstruktur unserer Flugzeuge. Wir kümmern uns um die stetige Weiterentwicklung von Strukturkomponenten für alle Airbus Flugzeug Programme und deren Derivate. Du bist also von der Konzeptstudie über Detailed Design bis hin zur Zertifizierung mit Deiner Expertise beteiligt.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Du entwickelst das Design von Metall-/Verbund-/Hybridkomponenten und -baugruppen und optimierst diese hinsichtlich verschiedener Aspekte: Gewicht, Kosten, Leistung aber auch hinsichtlich von Produktions- und/oder Montageanforderungen
  
• Du bewertest Konstruktionsänderungen und schätzt den Aufwand für deren Umsetzung ab. Dabei achtest Du jederzeit auf die Einhaltung von Vorschriften, relevanten Konstruktionsprinzipien, Prozessen, Methoden und Richtlinien
  
• innerhalb des Freigabeprozesses stellst Du mit deiner Rolle und Verantwortung die Qualität und Airworthiness der Bauteile/Baugruppen sicher.
  
• Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Engineering Partnern und Suppliern zusammen und steuerst deren Aktivitäten
  
• Du denkst eigenständig und aktiv über Verbesserungen und Innovationen im Bereich der Digitalisierung und Automation nach, erarbeitest entsprechende Vorschläge und setzt diese unter Berücksichtigung aller Stakeholder und Vorschriften um
  
• Du arbeitest in multifunktionalen Teams gemeinsam mit Strukturanalyse, Fertigung, Programm, Projekt, Config, Systeme , kommunizierst aktiv und findest stets gemeinsam mit allen die beste Lösung
  

Das bringst Du mit:

• Qualifikation: Du hast ein technisches Studium erfolgreich absolviert oder verfügst über eine auf anderem Wege erworbene vergleichbare Ausbildung
  
• Expertise: Du hast mindestens ein grundlegendes Verständnis von Metall, Composite- & Hybrid-Design-Prinzipien und Best Practices im Design und verfügst über Fertigungs- und Montageerfahrung einschließlich Toleranz Definition. Außerdem verfügst Du über grundlegende Projektmanagement Kenntnisse und hast bereits Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsweisen sammeln können
  
• Toolset: Du kennst Dich mit PASS SSCI, CATIA V5, VPM, APS, ICC-ACP und der Google Suite aus und hast bereits aktiv damit gearbeitet
  
• Sprachkenntnisse: Dein verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch sind der Schlüssel zum Job und erleichtern Dir die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internationalen Partnern
  
• Persönlichkeit: Du bist stetig auf der Suche nach Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung, sei es in der Digitalisierung oder für unsere täglichen Prozesse. Dazu fällt es Dir leicht, verschiedene Stakeholder durch geschickte Kommunikation an einen Tisch zu bringen, um so gemeinsam Lösungen erarbeiten zu können. Dein Team und der gemeinsame Erfolg sind Dir wichtig und Du strebst nach gemeinsamer und nachhaltiger Weiterentwicklung. Structure Airframe Designer - Authorize (m/f/d)

You will be part of our dedicated team of development engineers in the fuselage area for the primary/secondary structure of our aircraft. We take care of the continuous development of structural components for all Airbus aircraft programs and their derivatives. You will therefore be involved with your expertise from the concept study through detailed design to certification.

Your tasks:

• You develop the design of metal/composite/hybrid components and assemblies and optimize them with regard to various aspects: weight, costs, performance but also with regard to production and/or assembly requirements
  
• You evaluate design changes and estimate the effort required to implement them. You always ensure compliance with regulations, relevant design principles, processes, methods and guidelines
  
• According to the release process you guarantee the quality and airworthiness of our products with your role and responsibility.
  
• You work closely with our engineering partners and suppliers and manage their activities
  
• You think independently and actively about improvements and innovations in the field of digitalization and automation, develop appropriate suggestions and implement them taking all stakeholders and regulations into account
  
• You work in multifunctional teams together with structural analysis, production, program, project, config, systems, communicate actively and always find the best solution together with everyone
  

This is what you bring to the table:

• Qualification: You have successfully completed a technical degree or have acquired comparable training in another way
  
• Expertise: You have at least a basic understanding of metal, composite & hybrid design principles and best practices in design and have manufacturing and assembly experience including tolerance definition. You also have basic project management knowledge and have already gained experience with agile working methods
  
• Toolset: You are familiar with PASS SSCI, CATIA V5, VPM, APS, ICC-ACP and the Google Suite and have already actively worked with them
  
• Language skills: Your business-fluent German and English are the key to the job and make it easier for you to work with our international partners
  
• Personality: You are constantly looking for ways to improve, be it in digitalization or for our daily processes. You find it easy to bring different stakeholders together through skillful communication in order to work out solutions together. Your team and shared success are important to you and you strive for joint and sustainable development. But you never lose sight of the results and our customers
