We're looking for an ambitious Structural Engineer to join the Poole office of a forward-thinking multidisciplinary consultancy with offices across the UK. As part of their ongoing growth, they are expanding their Structural Engineering team in Poole and are looking to recruit structural engineers at multiple levels. As part of their Structural Engineering team, you'll work on a broad range of projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. You'll have the chance to collaborate closely with architects, developers, and contractors, contributing to innovative, sustainable design solutions. With the Poole office in an exciting growth phase, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the team while gaining exposure to diverse and challenging projects.

What You Need To Succeed
  • Experience in structural design across a range of materials (steel, concrete, timber, masonry).
  • Proficiency in design software such as Tekla Structural Designer, Tedds, and Robot.
  • Ability to manage project elements independently and liaise directly with clients and architects.
  • Strong technical communication and report-writing skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with a desire to contribute to a growing practice.
  • Working towards Chartership with either IStructE or ICE.
  • MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
