We're working with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy to appoint a Senior Structural Engineer to their growing Norwich team. The Role
You'll work as a key member of the structural engineering team, taking responsibility for delivering detailed designs, managing project tasks, and supporting junior engineers. The role offers exposure to major clients, the chance to build your technical leadership, and the opportunity to grow within a progressive and people-focused business.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering structural designs across a range of commercial and industrial projects.
Supporting project delivery from concept to completion in collaboration with clients and other disciplines.
Assisting with the mentoring and development of junior team members.
Engaging with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Working towards or recently achieved Chartered status (CEng, MICE or MIStructE).
Strong technical knowledge in structural design, ideally with experience in steel and concrete across commercial or industrial sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and develop.
