At the heart of the care pathway, your mission is to recruit stretcher transporters H/F to accompany our patients with professionalism. To fully succeed in this role and ensure the safety and comfort of our patients, certain conditions are necessary: You have completed an AFC or CFC: this is a real plus, but above all, you have the desire to engage. You hold a driving license and appreciate varied missions and you express yourself easily in French, with a sense of contact and care. You are in good physical condition, comfortable with frequent travel and carrying loads, which are essential to the daily routine of the position. You are recognized for your reliability, sense of responsibility, and spirit of teamwork. You accept to work daytime hours according to a defined schedule. To guarantee a safe and compliant environment, a clean criminal record (less than 3 months) as well as up-to-date immunizations will be required. This position is for Swiss citizens or residents in Switzerland, holders of a valid B or C permit. Regarding skills, we are primarily looking for a caring, committed individual motivated by a useful and deeply human profession. Be an essential part of the care pathway by ensuring the transport of patients within the establishment, respecting their comfort, safety, and dignity. Build a trust relationship with each patient through your listening, kindness, and sense of contact, to provide them with personalized and reassuring support. Take charge of transporting deceased individuals with respect and professionalism, rigorously applying current procedures. Work hand in hand with healthcare and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth and coordinated care.
