We are currently recruiting for a Street Scene Operative to work with a local authority team in Kidderminster (DY10). This is a full-time, ongoing role with consistent hours and a pay increase after 12 weeks.

• £12.21 per hour (rising to £13.88 after 12 weeks)
  
• 37 hours per week
  
• Wednesday to Sunday
  
• 07:00 - 15:00 shifts
  
• Ongoing until at least June 2026
  

Working as part of the street scene team, duties will include:

• Litter picking and emptying bins
  
• Sweeping streets and public areas
  
• Graffiti removal
  
• Clearing fly tipping and debris
  
• Weed removal and general grounds maintenance
  
• Planting and environmental upkeep
  

• Physically fit and happy working outdoors in all weather
  
• Reliable and able to commit to full-time hours
  
• Good work ethic and team player
  
• Previous grounds maintenance or street cleansing experience preferred
  
• Full UK driving licence
  
• Right to work in the UK
  
• References required prior to start
