Strategy Social Media, Manager

We are seeking a talented Social Strategy Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will craft innovative, insight-led social strategies that blend AI-driven tools, platform trends, and influencer culture.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Conducting social listening and cultural trend analysis to identify growth opportunities for clients.
2. Developing holistic recommendations that integrate paid, organic, and influencer elements for maximum impact.
3. Collaborating closely with Creative, Paid Media, Data, Influencer, and Client Services teams to implement strategies.
4. Analyzing performance metrics regularly and adapting strategies to enhance engagement, reach, and results.

Ideal candidates will have:

1. 2-5 years of experience in social strategy within a digital or creative agency environment.
2. A keen eye for platform trends across TikTok, Twitch, and others, with an understanding of audience behavior drivers.
3. Proficiency with tools like Brandwatch, Pulsar, and GWI to translate data into actionable strategies.
4. Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and confident presentation abilities.
5. Fluent English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
