Strategy Manager - Lead Transformation & Market Insight

Unum UK is seeking a Strategy Manager to shape and deliver its strategy in partnership with the Strategy & Transformation Director. The role leads strategic analyses, priority initiatives and executive-ready outputs, with autonomy across strategic areas and no direct reports.

You'll work on transforming the business, anticipate market trends, and provide evidence-based recommendations to senior leaders for future directions.
