We are seeking a Strategy Director to join our team in London. Our agency, 21GRAMS, focuses on making healthcare more human through innovative advertising and a soulful approach. We aim to deliver creative, effective work by understanding audiences deeply and applying insights to client brands and campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with client service, creative, insight, medical, and activation teams to address marketing challenges with strategic and creative solutions.
• Contributing to effective responses to client briefs, from brand strategy to tactical tasks.
• Ensuring quality and attention to detail in all work.
• Developing approaches, models, and thought leadership in brand strategy with the team.
• Creating and delivering new business ideas, proposals, and presentations.
• Building a positive, collaborative agency culture focused on making healthcare advertising impactful and soulful.

We support flexible working through our Real HART policy, with office attendance expected two days per week for those near our locations, and regional or remote work options with quarterly in-person meetings.
