Software and Platforms Strategy team delivers tailored services to help a broad range of clients (e.g. SaaS, cloud providers, marketplaces, and social media platforms) navigate complex, often ambiguous challenges by defining strategies to achieve sustained growth, drive efficiency, scale, and maintain their competitive position.

  • Take ownership of large-scale strategy projects, ensuring we are engaging the right stakeholders, on track against plans, and delivering high quality output to the client's requirements
  • Build thought leadership and become a subject matter expert, delivering value to clients
