- Lead M&A projects with a focus on technology and artificial intelligence, ensuring successful integration/separation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align M&A activities with broader business goals.
- Provide expert advice to clients on technology and AI trends impacting M&A strategies.
- Develop and execute innovative approaches to complex challenges within the consultancy space.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Contribute to the development of internal methodologies and frameworks within the strategy and change department.
- Support business development activities by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities./
Profile
A successful Consultant- M&A Tech & AI should have:
- Strong expertise in mergers and acquisitions either in a recognised management consultancy OR a major acquistive corporate OR PE portfolio companies
- Proven experience in technology and artificial intelligence as it relates to successful M&A.
- Essential - strong commercial acument and able to write and understand complex financial analysis
- Track record of advising CxO on ERP/Cloud/Data/AI through pressured M&A context
- Excellent consultancy skills with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in complex scenarios.
- Familiarity with market trends and emerging technologies within technology
