About this role
As the Strategy and Automations Associate, you will be working on developing and maintaining our internal systems and creating automations across the organisation.
In practice this will involve working within our Salesforce environment and using integration tools to connect apps and automate workflows. You may not yet have these skills; we are looking for exceptional capability and an eagerness to put new skills into practice.

Key responsibilities
(1) Internal Systems:
- Supporting the maintenance and development of our core systems
- Supporting the use and administration of our work management platform
- Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date systems documentation
(2) Automations and Integrations:
- Developing automations, enabling teams across the organisation to work more effectively.
- Design and build application integrations using dedicated tools (e.g. Zapier) to connect systems across the organisation.
- Improving and developing automated processes by which data is retrieved, analysed, and made visible to the team and the users of our products.
(3) Solutions Identifying and solving problems across the team:
- Anticipating future challenges and developing proactive solutions to mitigate them.
- Responding to technical questions and resolving technical problems experienced by our team.
Technical Skills and Experience:
- Experience solving problems or developing systems, either through your studies or work experience.
- A background or interest in maths, science or computer science would be a strong advantage
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools
Benefits
Salary: £36,000 per annum
Term: Permanent
Start Date: Flexible but ideally February 2026
Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) although some flexibility may be possible
Team days: we get together in person in Oxford or London 6 times a year for strategy, fun and food
Holidays: 25 days per year, plus bank holidays & potential to buy back up to 5 days
Location: UK remote / Hybrid London with 1+ days in office
