Strategic Workforce Architect

British Airways is recruiting for a Strategic Workforce Planning Manager to shape the long-term workforce strategy. You will partner with senior leaders to forecast capability needs, model scenarios and drive cross-functional execution across People, Finance, Data & AI and Transformation teams.

You will translate strategy into actionable plans, own workforce analytics and recommendations, and help the business navigate 3-5 year horizons with measurable outcomes.
