Strategic Transformation Leader

Tower Hamlets Council is seeking a high-impact Head of Transformation to lead change, improvement and innovation across services. You will implement a comprehensive Improvement and Assurance Framework, working with leadership teams to deliver measurable outcomes and a culture of accountability.
