Strategic Transformation Lead, Fintech Ops

YouLend Limited is seeking a Head of Strategy and Transformation to lead a major operations transformation. You will own the 2-3 year TOM, govern cross-functional change, and translate business needs into technical requirements, partnering closely with Engineering and Product teams.
