Strategic Transaction Legal Manager - Flexible Hours

Grant Thornton UK is seeking a Transaction Legal Coordinator (Manager) within Strategic Advisory. You will lead the central legal process function for NDAs, release letters, and related documents across live engagements, coordinating with deal teams, clients, lenders and internal risk and legal stakeholders.

The role requires strong legal process knowledge, commercial judgment and confidence to represent the firm with external counterparties on active transactions.
