Strategic Technical Sourcer for Diverse Tech Talent

Bank of Ireland is seeking a Technical Talent Sourcer to join our Enterprise Services division in Belfast on a 6 month FTC. You will help attract, engage and hire technology talent, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion to build a robust candidate pipeline.

You will create sourcing strategies, partner with recruiters, manage candidates in the ATS, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet quarterly objectives while supporting our technology transformation.
