Strategic Tech Change & Improvement Lead

Kingfisher plc is seeking an Improvement and Change Lead to design, shape and embed change initiatives across technology teams. Based at the B&Q Head Office near Southampton, the role requires 12 days a month in the office with travel between sites as needed.

You will lead scoping, planning and mobilisation of high-impact operating model reform, aligning activities with Kingfisher's strategy and operating model.
