Strategic Talent Partner: Veterinary Recruitment & Global Sourcing

IVC Evidensia UK is seeking a Talent Partner to lead recruitment across specialist referral vacancies and act as a trusted advisor to senior clinical and commercial leaders in the UK and Europe. You will shape strategies, lead headhunting, and build strong talent communities to support future growth.

You will manage end-to-end processes from engagement to placement, including relocation and visa sponsorship where appropriate, using market intelligence to influence compensation and hiring targets.
