Strategic Talent Manager: Succession & Development

Starr London is seeking a Talent Manager to enhance organisational capability by mapping and developing our talent pipeline. Working with global HR teams, you will build evidence-based insights on talent pools and support senior managers' career progression with data-driven tools.

You will lead succession planning for UK & EMEA, partner with L&D to close skills gaps, and drive initiatives such as mentoring, coaching and performance reviews while embedding our culture and DEI principles.
