Strategic Talent & Recruitment Coordinator

KBS Maritimeis seeking a Talent & Recruitment Co-ordinator to support end-to-end recruitment at HM Naval Base Portsmouth. You'll work with Hiring Managers to draft adverts, post vacancies, screen CVs, conduct first-stage telephone interviews, arrange interviews, and onboard new starters.

You will also lead proactive resourcing, headhunting, and agency coordination to ensure a high-quality candidate experience while driving continuous improvement across recruitment processes.
