Unity Advisory is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition professional to partner with our leadership team, directly engaging with the CEO, Chair, and Partners. You'll own end-to-end recruitment from Senior Associate to Director, shaping hiring across the firm and supporting senior Partner pipelines.

You will design proactive sourcing, build talent maps, and leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate time-to-fill while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
