Strategic Service Design & Transition Lead

Matchtech seeks a Service Design Manager to define and implement the service design and transition approach for a large-scale revenue collection and ticketing project. You will lead design activities across the end-to-end service landscape, ensuring governance, compliance and effective delivery into live service.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, ITIL/ISO20000 knowledge and a track record in designing resilient, scalable services and associated artefacts.
