Strategic Service Delivery & Release Manager

Social Security Scotland is recruiting a Service Manager to lead the Change and Release service within the Strategic Portfolio and Delivery Assurance team. You will own end-to-end delivery, governance and risk management, ensuring releases are planned, safe and aligned to priorities, delivering benefits for users.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders, set direction, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement to protect live services in Scotland.
