Strategic Senior People Partner: HR Leader, Change & Growth

Avove is seeking a Senior People Partner to lead the People & Culture leadership team. This role partners with senior executives to drive business performance through people solutions and organisational change.

You'll oversee People Partnering, People Support and Talent & Attraction, delivering workforce planning, ER, engagement and transformation initiatives while shaping Avove's people strategy across the business. A strategic leader with strong stakeholder management is essential.
