Strategic School Success Manager

Up Learn is seeking a School Success Manager to own a portfolio of school and MAT relationships across the UK, from onboarding through ongoing engagement and renewal, acting as a strategic partner to teachers and school leaders to drive impact. You will champion the voice of the customer and help sharpen how the CS function operates as we scale.

The role rewards ownership, proactivity and the ability to manage a busy caseload while improving processes and playbooks.
