Strategic Sales Lead: Naval Handling Systems

Kongsberg Maritime is expanding its Naval Handling Systems sales team and seeking a Sales Manager to drive segment growth through market insights, customer engagement, and cross-BU collaboration. You will build domain knowledge, strengthen relationships with end customers and key stakeholders, and execute segment growth strategies with regional sales teams.

Locations include KM sites in Norway or the UK; security clearances may be required.
