Job Description
- Build and lead all revenue-generating departments, including sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share within the employee benefit.
- Collaborate with the CEO and CTO to set and achieve financial goals.
- Analyse market trend and customer needs to create scalable and repeatable go-to-market strategies within SMB, mid-market and Enterprise customers.
- Ensure consistent revenue forecasting and reporting to key stakeholders.
- Foster a high-performance culture across all revenue-related teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Strategic Sales Director should have:
- Senior commercial leadership experience in high-growth Employee Benefits, Earned Wage Benefits, HRTech, or EdTech SaaS environments
- Deep understanding of how HR and Finance stakeholders evaluate and adopt financial wellbeing or benefits platforms
- A proven track record of scaling ARR through sales, partnerships, and customer success
- Passion for purpose-led businesses and improving people's financial lives
- Demonstrated ability to lead and align cross-functional teams at a senior level
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to strategy and execution
- Comfort with ambiguity and a builder's mentality to create from the ground up
- Consistent success in meeting and exceeding ambitious financial targets
