Strategic Safeguarding Governor - School Safety & Policy

The Society of Heads is looking for a Safeguarding Governor to lead on safeguarding and child protection at a strategic level. You will collaborate closely with the Headteacher and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to ensure effective safeguarding policies and practices are in place.

The role includes monitoring safeguarding processes, conducting termly visits, reviewing recruitment practices, and serving as a point of contact for external audits.

This position offers training, expense reimbursement, and opportunities to contribute to school improvement initiatives.
