Strategic SaaS Customer Success Manager

LearnUpon is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of high-value customers, driving retention and long-term value for our SaaS platform. You'll lead consultative engagements, success planning, and expansion opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will own renewals, expansion opportunities, and ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes through LearnUpon. Travel may be required for onsite visits and conferences in the EMEA region.
