Strategic Risk & Compliance Leader

Emeria UK seeks a Risk and Compliance Manager to lead the risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks across the group. Reporting to the Head of ESG, you will embed a culture of compliance, integrity and risk-informed decision-making, collaborating with brands like Campions, FirstPort, Innovus and Knight Square.

You will own policy governance, monitor emerging regulatory developments, oversee MLRO/DPO activities, and drive continuous improvement across the risk landscape.
