Strategic Risk & Compliance Executive - Onboarding Lead

Schillings is seeking a Risk & Compliance Executive to join the UK team in London. You will be the first port of call for client onboarding and KYC processes, collaborating with the firm to maintain compliance in a regulated environment.

The role includes leading KYC/AML policy development, delivering training, updating risk assessments, and supporting matter opening with due diligence, sanctions monitoring, and supplier onboarding, while providing advisory support to internal stakeholders.
