Strategic Risk & Compliance Director (Insurance)

The AA seeks an accomplished senior Risk & Compliance leader to head AAUICL's Gibraltar-regulated insurance activities. You will shape risk appetite, ensure robust governance, and provide strategic guidance to the Board and senior leadership, aligning risk decisions with regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the CEO of AAUICL with functional alignment to Group Risk, you will steer ORSA, capital management, and regulatory reporting while building a strong second-line function across the
