Strategic Rewards Partner - Data-Driven & Senior Leader

RedGreen Partners in Manchester is seeking an experienced Reward Partner to shape and deliver reward strategy across the business. You'll sit with senior leaders and People Partners, using data to drive fair, commercial, and fast decisions. The role covers job evaluation, benchmarking, and RemCo prep.

Reporting into Head of Reward, you'll advise on pay, grading, and reward strategy, handle complex cases, and build reward capability across the People team with strong stakeholder communication.
