Strategic Resource Manager, Property Delivery (UK)

JLL is seeking a Resource Manager to optimise property delivery resources across the UK. You will allocate surveyors, facilities managers and staff, maintaining a live resourcing model that aligns with client budgets and contractual requirements.

Collaborating with Property Delivery Leads and senior stakeholders, you will forecast demand, reconcile deployment against budgets, and provide regular reports on capacity and cost efficiency within the REMS portfolio.
