Strategic Research & Insights Lead

Baillie Gifford Group is recruiting three Researchers to join its Research & Development team in Edinburgh. You will conduct hands-on research and advisory work, framing ambiguous questions, designing evidence-led approaches and turning findings into actionable strategic options.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, build external networks, perform primary and secondary research including interviews, market analysis and benchmarking, and communicate insights clearly to senior leadership.
