This strategy is underpinned by rigorous service management, strong governance, and strategic reporting.As the Strategic Reporting and Service Management Senior Manager, you will lead two key capability areas in the Cyber function:1. Strategic Reporting and;2. The Service Management across the whole Cyber Product Operating ModelThis role is critical to ensuring that our Cyber Security strategy is not only well-articulated but also well-executed - with clear metrics, accountability, and service governance in place.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy and Transformation:1. Strategic ReportingOwn and maintain Unilever Cyber's Level 1 (L1) milestone framework, ensuring progress aligns with our strategic roadmap and NIST maturity targets.• Develop and manage an enterprise-level reporting framework that quantifies cyber maturity, strategic progress, and key transformation KPIs.• Lead the design and continuous improvement of our reporting practices• Govern changes to the L1 and L2 milestone frameworks, with L2 changes managed collaboratively with the Cyber Portfolio Manager.• Prepare and deliver insightful reports and briefings to senior stakeholders, including executive committees, audit forums, and cyber governance boards.• Ensure all reporting remains fit-for-purpose, reflecting changes in business priorities, cyber threats, and estate architecture.• Support alignment of reporting with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and integrated risk metrics.2. Strategic Delivery and Executive Engagement• Act as a delivery partner for strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring product teams remain aligned with the overarching roadmap.• Represent Cyber in key executive forums (e.g., Quarterly Leadership Committees), providing strategic insights and maturity progress updates.• Track and assess delivery against the transformation value case, ensuring committed outcomes are realised and risks are mitigated.Service ManagementYou will lead the full scope of Cyber Service Management capabilities - ensuring the function is operationally effective, strategically aligned, and delivering value to the business. These include:• Cyber Budget Oversight:Oversight of the total Cyber budget health, working with the Cyber Security leadership team to forecast future financial demand.• Cross-Product Continuous Improvement:Implement continuous improvement practices across Cyber product teams, incorporating feedback loops, lean operations, and performance insights into Product strategy.• Talent and Culture Strategy:Establish a strategy and operational framework for building Cyber talent and career paths alongside the Strategy Director and wider leadership team.• Demand Management:Develop mechanisms to prioritise and assess demand across the Cyber portfolio, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and in line with business risk.• Cyber Service Catalogue Maintenance:Oversee the design and maintenance of a clear and current catalogue of Cyber services, aligned to business-facing capabilities and product families.• Service Governance and Operational Management:Establish service-level expectations and metrics across Cyber products; manage escalations and exceptions through clear governance forums.• Location Strategy:Support and evolve the Cyber team's global operating model - ensuring optimal talent distribution, time zone coverage, and cost-effectiveness.• Resource Tracking and Workforce Planning:Maintain visibility over Cyber resourcing, ensuring right-size staffing, balanced capacity, and effective sourcing strategies.• Talent Performance Management:Define and embed performance management practices tailored to the Cyber product model, aligned to OKRs and individual contribution metrics.• Knowledge Management:Guide the development of knowledge-sharing tools, repositories, and practices to promote cross-product learning and sustain institutional memory.Who We're Looking ForThis role is suited to someone with a strong technology service management background who is confident operating in complex, global environments. You don't need to be a cybersecurity expert - but you must be able to quickly grasp the nature of Cyber services and how they support the enterprise.You'll bring an enterprise mindset, excellent stakeholder skills, as well as clarity, structure, and measurable delivery.Skills and Experience RequiredEssential:• Strong experience in Service Management, IT Governance, or Technology Strategy within a complex, global environment• Familiarity with service catalogue design, and continuous improvement practices• Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery in a matrixed organisation• Experience building reporting frameworks and governance cycles for senior stakeholders• Excellent communication skills - written, visual, and verbal - with the ability to distill complexity for executive audiences• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and embed new ways of workingDesirable:• Experience working in or alongside a Cyber Security function• Knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) or similar frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, CIS)• Familiarity with product-based or agile operating models• Experience delivering organisational change or value-based transformation
